USA DOMESTICALLY we ship through USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is also available. Please contact me for the rates.
~ WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ORDER "SHIP TO" transaction detail. Packages returned with an incorrect shipping address will be resent at the customer's expense and will be billed for the additional shipping fees which must be paid prior to reshipping..
IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPED TO THE "SHIP TO" ADDRESS and the post office shows it as delivered, it will be considered delivered regardless as to whether or not it was actually received. It is the recipient's responsibility to be sure that the delivery location is safe and secure.
~ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipped USPS International First Class with delivery 2-3 business weeks from ship date. Package tracking is not available for USPS International First Class packages.
TAXES, CUSTOMS FEES , DUTIES ETC Purchaser is responsible for all additional fees and charges, duties, taxes etc levied by any tax authority or customs .
~ PROOF OF SHIPMENT: Pink Butterfly Aprons is NOT liable for orders delayed or undelivered by your postal carrier where we provide proof of shipment via the tracking number provided by USPS or a copy of the shipping label for USPS First Class for domestic shipments or International First Class packages when tracking is not available or is not included in the shipping costs.
REFUNDS are available only if the item ordered is no longer available and is out of stock at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGES are permitted within 10 days of purchase and must be pre-approved before returning and if the merchandise has not been worn or washed and may not have any odors including but not limited to smoking, perfume, pets, kitchen cooking and under the following circumstances: if I shipped the wrong item, I will re-imburse for shipping costs to return for an exchange as well as the costs of the shipping to send the replacement. Under no circumstances will the reimbursement for shipping exceed the amount paid originally to ship the merchandise. For all other exchanges, purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, fees, etc. required by customs or other law. No exchanges will be sent until we have received the apron to be exchanged and we, at our sole discretion, determine that it has met the conditions listed above as required for return. If we determine that the apron is not in resalable condition and does not meet the criteria listed above, we will only return the apron to you if you prepay the return postage.
ustom Orders: Are not refundable and may not be cancelled once payment has been received except, at my sole discretion, due to conditions beyond my control I.E. the fabric chosen is no longer available and there is not a second choice or back up fabric. Once the price, fabric, style etc. have been agreed upon via convo and/or e-mail or phone, the item will be sewn and shipped. Once we have agreed upon all necessary information and requirements and the payment has been received sales are considered final. If, once the item is completed, the style or fabric is not to the client's liking and they would like changes to be made, the changes will incur additional charges and will not be done until agreement has been reached as to what the changes are and the additional charges paid. Changes made to the original order prior to shipping will incur additional charges which will have to be paid prior to being done.
